Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. Spread the granola evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
