Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 cup canned salmon, drained
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 4-6 patties.
  4. Place patties in air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately.
