Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  5. Stir in the sausage mixture and vegetables.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
