Spiced Pumpkin Seed Clusters
These spiced pumpkin seed clusters are the perfect way to use up all those leftover pumpkin seeds from your Halloween pumpkins. They're easy to make, and they're a delicious and healthy snack.
Pumpkin seeds have been eaten for centuries, and they're a good source of protein, fiber, and vitamins. In fact, they're even said to have some medicinal properties. But it wasn't until the 1970s that pumpkin seeds really started to become popular as a snack food. That's when a group of health-conscious Californians started roasting them and selling them at farmers' markets. The seeds were a hit, and they quickly became a staple of the natural foods movement. Today, pumpkin seeds are enjoyed by people all over the world. They're a great way to add a little crunch and flavor to your salads, soups, and stews. And they're also a great snack on their own.

  • The sea salt helps to balance out the sweetness of the maple syrup and the spiciness of the cayenne pepper.
