Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices keto bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced tomato or onion
Instructions
  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl.
  2. Toast the keto bread.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted keto bread.
  4. Fry or scramble the eggs and place them on top of the avocado toast.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Top with sliced tomato or onion, if desired.
