Ingredients
  • one 14-ounce package extra-firm tofu, drained and crumbled
  • one tablespoon olive oil
  • one quarter cup chopped red bell pepper
  • one quarter cup chopped mango
  • one quarter cup chopped pineapple
  • one teaspoon chili powder
  • one teaspoon turmeric
  • ΒΌ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the tofu to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the red bell pepper, mango, and pineapple to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Add the chili powder, turmeric, and smoked paprika to the skillet and cook for 1 minute more.
