The inspiration for this recipe came to me when I was traveling in India a few years ago. I was staying in a small village in the foothills of the Himalayas, and I had the opportunity to try a variety of local dishes, including biryani. Biryani is a traditional Indian dish made with rice, meat, and vegetables, and it is often served with a yogurt sauce. I loved the flavors of biryani, but I wanted to create a version that was a little bit easier to make and that could be enjoyed by people of all ages. That's how this Bollywood Biryani Burrito Bowl was born.
