Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread
This cinnamon swirl banana bread is the perfect way to use up ripe bananas and enjoy a delicious, moist bread.
I never used to be a banana bread fan. In fact, I thought it was the most boring and uninspired quick bread out there. But then I stumbled upon this cinnamon swirl banana bread recipe, and everything changed. This banana bread's moist and fluffy crumb, laced with cinnamon and swirled with almond butter, is so delicious that I can't resist a slice (or two!).

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add the eggs, almond butter, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon on top.
  5. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon into the batter.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing and serving.
