    Ingredients
    
      
        - 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
 
  
  
    Instructions
    
      
        - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill the prepared muffin cups about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
