Ingredients
1 cup chopped bottle gourd
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup yellow lentils
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups water
Instructions
