A tasty loaf that's naturally sweetened with roasted bananas and gets its texture from walnuts, oats, and flaxseed.
This recipe is a riff on our classic banana bread, but with a few twists. We start by roasting the bananas, which intensifies their flavor and gives the bread a lovely golden color. We also add chopped walnuts for crunch and texture, rolled oats for heartiness, and ground flaxseed for a boost of fiber and nutrition. The result is a moist, flavorful bread that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.
