Ingredients
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup dates, pitted
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse almonds and cashews until finely chopped.
Add cacao nibs, shredded coconut, dates, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt, and pulse until mixture comes together.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
