Deconstructed Samosa Chaat
Samosa chaat is a popular Indian street food dish that is typically made with spiced potatoes, carrots, and peas wrapped in a crispy pastry. This deconstructed version of samosa chaat is just as flavorful and satisfying, but it is much easier to make. Simply boil the potatoes until tender, peel and dice them, and then cook the carrots and peas until tender. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add the cumin and coriander powder and sauté for another minute. Stir in the potatoes, carrots, and peas and toss to coat in the spices. Serve in a bowl and top with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy!

Samosa chaat is often served with a variety of toppings, such as yogurt, tamarind chutney, and sev (fried chickpea noodles). The deconstructed version of samosa chaat is a more modern take on the classic dish. It is made with the same basic ingredients, but the potatoes, carrots, and peas are not wrapped in pastry. This makes the dish much easier to make, and it is also a great way to use up leftover vegetables.
