These no-bake vegan chocolate granola bars are the perfect grab-and-go snack or breakfast. They're gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free, so they're suitable for people with a variety of dietary restrictions.
The inspiration for these granola bars came to me one day when I was looking for a healthy and portable snack to take with me on a hiking trip. I wanted something that was easy to make, didn't require any baking, and would provide me with sustained energy throughout the day. I also wanted it to be vegan and gluten-free, so I could share it with my friends who have dietary restrictions. After some experimenting, I came up with this recipe. It's a simple combination of oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, maple syrup, and chocolate chips. The oats provide complex carbohydrates for sustained energy, the nuts and seeds provide protein and healthy fats, and the dried fruit provides natural sweetness and fiber. The maple syrup and chocolate chips add a touch of sweetness and flavor. These granola bars are the perfect grab-and-go snack or breakfast. They're easy to make, portable, and packed with nutrients. They're also vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free, so they're suitable for people with a variety of dietary restrictions.
