Lemon
Tangy and refreshing lemon and lime sorbet, made with fresh fruit and no added sugar.

Instructions
- Peel the lemons and limes and remove the pith.
- Cut the fruit into chunks and add to a blender.
- Add the water and honey and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To serve, scoop the sorbet into chilled glasses and enjoy.
