Sesame Ginger Beef Short Ribs
Sesame Ginger Beef Short Ribs are an easy and flavorful dish that is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend gathering. The short ribs are marinated in a mixture of coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper, then grilled until tender and caramelized. The result is a dish that is both savory and sweet, with a hint of spice from the ginger. Serve the short ribs with your favorite sides, such as rice, noodles, or vegetables.
I first had Sesame Ginger Beef Short Ribs at a Korean restaurant in New York City. I was immediately hooked on the sweet and savory flavor of the ribs, and I knew I had to recreate them at home. After several attempts, I finally developed a recipe that I am happy with. My recipe is a bit simpler than the one at the restaurant, but it is still packed with flavor. I use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, which gives the ribs a slightly sweeter flavor. I also add a bit of honey to the marinade, which helps to caramelize the ribs on the grill. The result is a dish that is both delicious and easy to make.

Why It Works
  • The marinade is packed with flavor, thanks to the combination of coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • The short ribs are grilled until tender and caramelized, which gives them a delicious smoky flavor.
  • The sesame seeds and chopped green onions add a nice finishing touch to the dish.
