Ingredients
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup capers, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and pat them dry.
  2. In a food processor, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, olives, capers, basil, parsley, garlic, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Process until the mixture is finely chopped but still has some texture.
  4. Transfer the tapenade to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
