I first came up with this recipe when I was craving something sweet late at night. I didn't want to eat anything too heavy or unhealthy, so I started experimenting with different ingredients. I finally came up with this combination of oats, granola, walnuts, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, frozen mixed berries, and almond yogurt. It's the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and it's also really filling. I've been making it ever since, and it's become one of my favorite midnight snacks.
