Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
1 cup grated pineapple
1/2 cup ghee
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon saffron strands
1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder

Instructions
Dry roast semolina in a heavy bottom pan, on medium heat, for 2-3 minutes or until aromatic.
