The history of blueberry muffins is a long and winding one, dating back to the early days of the American colonies. The first known recipe for blueberry muffins was published in 1796, in a cookbook called "The Frugal Housewife." This recipe called for flour, sugar, butter, milk, eggs, and blueberries. Over the years, the recipe for blueberry muffins has evolved, but the basic ingredients have remained the same.
Today, blueberry muffins are a popular breakfast food all over the world. They're often served with butter or jam, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Our Blueberry Bonanza muffins are a modern take on this classic recipe. We've used oats instead of flour to give them a hearty texture, and we've used maple syrup and almond milk to add sweetness and richness. These muffins are also dairy-free and egg-free, so they're perfect for people with allergies or dietary restrictions.
