Why It Works
**Quinoa:** Quinoa is an ancient grain that is packed with protein, fiber, and essential nutrients. It cooks quickly and has a mild, nutty flavor that pairs well with the other ingredients in this bowl.
**Vegetables:** The combination of broccoli, carrots, and red bell pepper provides a variety of colors, textures, and flavors. These vegetables are steamed or roasted to perfection, retaining their crispness and vibrant flavors.
**Tahini dressing:** Tahini is a creamy and flavorful paste made from ground sesame seeds. The dressing is made with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper, creating a tangy and slightly nutty flavor that complements the other ingredients in the bowl.
**Herbs:** Fresh cilantro and mint add a burst of freshness and aromatic notes to the bowl, balancing out the richness of the other ingredients.
