Ingredients

Instructions
  1. In a heavy-bottomed pot, melt the ghee over medium heat.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree and sugar to the pot and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to thicken.
  3. Add the cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and saffron to the pot and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the mixture until it is thick and creamy, about 15 minutes.
