Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken, about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and rub the sriracha herb mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin.
  4. Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve and enjoy!
