Ingredients
  • 1 pound whole wheat pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened.
  4. Add garlic, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes more.
  5. Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook until tender.
  6. Drain pasta and add to the skillet with the vegetables.
