I first had tomato jam at a farmers market a few years ago. I was immediately hooked on the sweet and tangy flavor. I went home and tried to recreate the jam, but my first few attempts were not successful. The jam was either too sweet, too tart, or too thick. Finally, after some experimenting, I came up with a recipe that I am happy with. This jam is the perfect balance of tangy and sweet, with a hint of spice. It's easy to make and can be used as a condiment or spread.
