Ingredients
Matki/Sprouts - 1 cup
Tuar Dal - 1/2 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped Potatoes - 500 grams
Pav / Bread - 4 pieces
Onion - 1, chopped
Tomato - 1, chopped
Instructions
Pressure cook the matki and dal together for 3 whistles.
Add the peas and potatoes in to the cooker & cook for 2 whistles, or until soft and well-cooked.
In a separate pan, heat the oil and add the onions.
Once they turn slightly golden brown, add the tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
Add the cooked matki, dal, potatoes, peas along with 2 cups of water, salt as per taste, jaggery, lemon juice, and red chilli powder.
Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the usal is of the right consistency.
Serve misal over pav with chopped onions and coriander leaves.
