I first came up with this recipe for Chili Mango Turkey Meatballs when I was looking for a healthy and delicious way to use up some leftover ground turkey. I had some fresh mango on hand, and I thought it would be a great addition to the meatballs. I also added some almond flour to help bind the meatballs together, and some cilantro, red onion, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper for flavor. The meatballs turned out so well that I've been making them ever since. They're a great way to use up leftover turkey, and they're also a great way to get your kids to eat more vegetables.
