Ingredients
  • 1 package (12) wonton skins
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the carrots, celery, mushrooms, green onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger.
  2. Place a wonton skin on a flat surface. Add about 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture to the center of the wonton skin.
  3. Fold the wonton skin in half to form a triangle. Bring the two bottom corners of the triangle together and press to seal.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
