Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the diced habanero pepper, mango, garlic, coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until the mango breaks down and the sauce thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the mango habanero sauce over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
  7. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
  8. Brush the remaining mango habanero sauce over the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.
