Ingredients
  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, cayenne pepper, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove swordfish steaks from marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
