Ingredients
  • 1 lb grass-fed beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with coconut aminos, salt, pepper, and cumin. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
