Ingredients

Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the almonds, sugar, honey, and water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and the almonds are glazed.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and spread it out into a thin layer.
  6. Let cool completely and break into pieces.
