  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more plant-based milk or water to thin out the smoothie, if desired.
