Ingredients
  • 1 cup phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. Lay a sheet of phyllo dough in the prepared pan and brush with melted butter.
  4. Repeat with 5 more sheets of phyllo dough.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the pistachios, sugar, cinnamon, and orange blossom water.
  6. Sprinkle the pistachio mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
  7. Top with the remaining sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the baklava is golden brown.
