Pasta Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Olives, and Feta
This light and refreshing pasta salad is perfect for summer. It's made with whole wheat pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, red onion, fresh basil, lemon juice, and olive oil. The salad is easy to make and can be served immediately or refrigerated for later.
This pasta salad was inspired by a trip I took to Italy a few years ago. I was staying in a small town in Tuscany and had the opportunity to eat at a local trattoria. The chef made a simple pasta salad with fresh vegetables, herbs, and cheese, and I was instantly hooked. I've been making my own version of that salad ever since, and it's always a hit with my friends and family.
