Ingredients
1 cup grape leaves
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped mint
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the grape leaves to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they are softened.
Remove the grape leaves from the boiling water and drain them on paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, onion, tomatoes, parsley, mint, oregano, and salt.
Place a grape leaf on a flat surface and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the rice mixture into the center of the leaf.
Fold the sides of the leaf over the rice mixture and roll up the leaf tightly.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 with the remaining grape leaves and rice mixture.
Place the dolmas in a single layer in a baking dish.
Bake the dolmas at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until they are heated through.
