Sage-Marinated Grilled Halloumi
Halloumi is a Cypriot cheese that's made from a mixture of sheep and goat's milk, and it has a high melting point, which makes it perfect for grilling. When you grill halloumi, it develops a beautiful golden brown crust on the outside, while the inside stays soft and squeaky. In this recipe, we marinate the halloumi in a mixture of olive oil, fresh sage, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. This marinade helps to flavor the halloumi and gives it a delicious herbacious flavor.
