Zucchini fritters are a classic Italian dish that's been around for centuries. They're typically made with grated zucchini, flour, eggs, and cheese, and they're fried until golden brown. Our version of zucchini fritters is a little bit different in that we use almond flour instead of regular flour, and we add fresh basil for extra flavor. The almond flour gives the fritters a nice nutty flavor, and the basil adds a bright, herbaceous note. These fritters are a great way to use up summer zucchini, and they're also a delicious and easy appetizer or side dish.
