Ingredients

Instructions

  5. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and let cool.
  7. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  8. Toss the apples and pecans with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet.
