This recipe was inspired by a trip I took to Thailand a few years ago. I was lucky enough to experience some of the most amazing street food in the world, and this dish was one of my favorites. The combination of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors was simply irresistible. I've been trying to recreate this dish ever since I got home, and I'm finally happy with the results. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
