This spicy black bean and avocado burrito is the perfect quick and easy lunch or dinner. It's packed with flavor and nutrients, and it's easy to customize to your liking.
I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a quick and easy way to use up some leftover black beans. I had some salsa and avocado on hand, so I threw them all together in a tortilla and folded them up. The result was a delicious and satisfying burrito that I've been making ever since.

Why It Works
The combination of black beans, avocado, and salsa is a classic for a reason. The black beans provide protein and fiber, the avocado adds creaminess and healthy fats, and the salsa adds flavor and spice.
The whole-wheat tortilla provides a sturdy base for the burrito and adds whole grains to the meal.
Folding the burrito up tightly helps to keep all of the ingredients inside and makes it easy to eat.
