Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Chimichurri

- Large Portobello Mushrooms
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh Parsley
- Fresh Cilantro

- Red Onion
Instructions
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and clean them with a damp cloth.
- Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the mushrooms on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are tender.
- While the mushrooms are grilling, make the Chimichurri sauce. In a food processor, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, red onion, and olive oil.
- Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped and well combined.
- Spoon the Chimichurri sauce over the grilled mushrooms and serve immediately.
