Ingredients
  • 1 pound halloumi cheese, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Brush the halloumi slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the halloumi for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly softened.
