Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup halloumi cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs, such as basil, oregano, and thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package (12) pre-made breadsticks
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the halloumi, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Place the halloumi cubes on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the halloumi is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Meanwhile, brush the breadsticks with the melted butter.
