The inspiration for this recipe came to me one day when I was trying to figure out what to do with some leftover tuna steaks. I had already made a few different tuna dishes, and I was looking for something new and exciting. I remembered that I had some Greek yogurt in the fridge, and I thought that it might be a good way to marinate the tuna. I also had some sesame seeds and ginger on hand, so I decided to add those to the marinade as well. The result was a delicious and flavorful dish that I have been making ever since.
