Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Melt coconut butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in cashew butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone mini muffin cups, filling each halfway.
  4. Place in the freezer to set for 10 minutes.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  6. Pour a layer of melted chocolate over the set coconut cashew butter mixture.
  7. Return to the freezer and let it set for another 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the silicone cups and enjoy!
