Ingredients
  • 1 pound lamb loin, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 wooden skewers
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the lamb, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the lamb onto the skewers.
