Quinoa Stuffed Mushrooms have been a staple in our family for years. My grandmother used to make them for us when we were kids, and we always loved them. She would always tell us stories about how her grandmother used to make them for her, and how it was a traditional dish in her family. I've since started making them myself, and I've found that they're a great way to use up leftover quinoa. They're also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables!
