  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the semolina flour, all-purpose flour, butter, and sugar. Use your fingers to work the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the water, cinnamon, and cardamom. Mix until the dough just comes together.
