Ingredients
  • 1 (12-inch) pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the black beans, corn, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and tomatoes over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Top with pico de gallo and guacamole, if desired.
